Description
Protective boots for jumping and fast work. The front boots are open-front tendon boots: a hard shell guards the back of the tendons against a strike from the hind hoof, while the open front lets the horse feel a pole it touches. The hind boots are fetlock boots that cover the inside of the fetlock, where a horse most often brushes itself. The shell is PU with a neoprene lining. Each boot closes with elastic straps that fasten over studs, so you can set the tension hole by hole and the strap ends tuck into keepers. • Front pair (tendon boots), hind pair (fetlock boots) or a full set of 4 • Colours: black, brown, blue or red • Hard PU shell, neoprene lining • Elastic stud straps with keepers • Wipe clean with a damp cloth The boots come in one size and the maker gives no size chart. Fit them on clean, dry legs, snug but not tight, and take them off after work so the legs can cool. Boots reduce knocks and strikes; they do not prevent strain injuries.
