Processing & delivery time
Orders are placed with our fulfillment partner within 1 business day of payment. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and product, though some items may take longer during high-demand periods. You'll see an estimated delivery window on the product page before you check out.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, tracking details appear on your order page and are emailed to you. If tracking hasn't updated in a while, that's usually normal for international shipments in transit — check back in a few days, or contact us if it's been more than 21 days.
